  13.  ~ MoodBook is  a free product. Anyone  may  use this software freely,
  14.    without any restrictions, for any legal purposes.

  16.  ~ The  MoodBook  installation package may be freely distributed, with
  17.    exceptions  noted  below,  provided the installation package is not
  18.    modified. No person or company may charge a fee for distribution of
  19.    MoodBook  without  written  permission  of  the  copyright  holder.
  20.    MoodBook  may  not be bundled or distributed with any other package
  21.    without written permission of the copyright holder.
